Had a huge oak tree fall during a storm. A friend of mine told me about Pila Pros. I was worried that because it was an emergency call it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Colton, came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable price. I recommend and would use them again.

Out of all the companies we contacted for a quote, they were the ones who responded quickly, came out, and got things rolling. Colton took the time to listen to our concerns and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. Our quotes came back quickly (we had a couple options due to our situation) and once we decided on which course of action to take, the appointment for the service was made. The day of service everything was professional and the crew was polite. They made sure to communicate as to what was going on and they cleaned up every scrap of debris/mess there was. Overall, I would recommend this company 1000 times over! Couldn’t be happier and more pleased that we chose to go with them.

Colton did an excellent job. We will use this company again. We had two trees break in a storm and they caused a lot of damage on our neighbors property. Colton cleaned up 100% of the damage. We appreciated that he made sure we were pleased with the work before he left. He cared about what we cared about. For example he did not damage the new flower bed which was in the way of where he had to work. He was professional and pleasant.

I’ve had multiple arborists come out. I wanted my last one to come back but they never got back to us and were impossible to get a hold of. That’s totally fine because we found these guys. And they are the BEST, and have constant communication. They do very good work and clean up the work site every night which is super nice. The guys are also very kind and caring! 10/10 recommend!
